FRANCHISOR'S OBLIGATIONS
Before you begin your business, PITC will:
Designate your location and exclusive Territory.
Within 60 days of your signing the Franchise Agreement, assist you in negotiating the lease or purchase of a location for your business. Your location will be leased or purchased by you from independent third parties.
At your request, PITC will assist you to locate a Center by providing you with number of installed PCs, population, income and population age distribution information, as well information regarding corporations, for each zip code in your territory. Your Center may be owned by you or the location will be leased by you from independent third parties. PITC is not obligated to assist you in the selection of your business premises. If you do not open an acceptable site within 6 months after you sign the Franchise Agreement, PITC reserves the right, at our option, to cancel the Franchise Agreement. The final approval for the acceptance of your center must be provided by PITC.
