At its sole discretion, Franchisor may hold annual conferences to discuss sales techniques, personnel training, bookkeeping, accounting, inventory control, performance standards, advertising programs and merchandising procedures. There is no conference fee, but you must pay all your travel and living expenses. These elective conferences are held at or near our Glenside, Pennsylvania headquarters.
PITC provides advertising materials and services to you. Materials provided to all franchisees include copy ready print advertising materials, posters, banners and miscellaneous point-of-sale items. All revenues from the student registration will be handled through the PITC Headquarters; this includes credit card revenues, personal or corporate checks, or other forms of payments. The franchise fee and any other applicable fees will be deducted and the balance will be sent to the PITC Center once in two weeks (every other Friday).
The computers in the PITC Centers will be networked using NT Server such that the Primary Domain Controller will be located in the PITC Headquarters in Glenside, Pennsylvania; the login user id and the password for each student will be assigned centrally from the Glenside office. The PITC Centers will not be allowed to assign the login user id and password for the students.
As stated earlier, you select your business site within your exclusive area subject to PITC's approval. PITC assists in site selection by providing you the installed PC base, population density, traffic patterns and proximity of the proposed site to other PITC locations.
