PITC is aggresively instituting healthcare programs in the portfolio of curriculum, as follows:

1. Practical Nurse Program:

   The start date for the next class is October 8, 2007. This is a one-year, full-time program, 7:45AM--2:30PM, Mon through Friday (plus clinical which can be in the daytime or evenings or weekends). We are accepting application for admission. Application forms are available at the web site, at the following link. Please do not walk-in to schedule the test; call 215-76-5650 for more information. Our Practical Nurse is an approved program from the PA Board of Nursing.

   You need to pass an entrance test (a 3-hr. test), and must bring with you at least a high school diploma or GED, and a photo-id card, such as driver's license . Please see the requirements for the LPN program. The LPN Program is approved by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing.
2. Nursing Assistant Program: PITC is not offering the Nursing Assistant Program at this time.
