Program Pre-requisites: This package is designed for
individuals who have experience in windows environment, but does not
require any experience in programming.
Program Objectives: Students completing the program
should have the necessary skills to become employed as an entry-level
basic web developer, designer of documents, database, or a basic level
programmer.

Basics of HTML: using HTML editors, organizing content,
understanding tags, adding comments, understanding hexadecimal color,
formatting paragraphs, using headings, working with links, customizing
links, using images, linking images, understanding Plug-ins, Active-X
controls, and Helper applications, embedding multimedia, creating lists,
nesting lists, using tables, formatting tables, developing frames, creating
a basic frameset, linking between frames, understanding forms, creating
a basic form, creating your own web graphics, file formats, web content,
creating effective links, understanding cascading style sheets, formatting
pages, making pages available to others, creating domain names, uploading
your pages, testing the website.
